"Nan Pizza"

First of all, I found these pictures in my blackberry..actually, I want to tell you how to make home made pizza..but it is not so home made..hehehe..why? you can see the title showed at above.. :P
This is the lazy version of making pizza, actually, I don't want to waste my time in making dough..so I just went to "mamak" restaurant and order them a raw "nan" bread..hehehe..I bought for 5 raw nans..yeah..I have 5 family members including myself..then I went to Giant Banting and shopping some items for making these pizzas..

"Nan Pizza"

  1. Raw "Nan" bread for those who are lazy to making dough..
  2. Kraft cheddar cheese 2 blocks (250gm x 2 blocks), use according to how many pizza you want to make..
  3. Kraft parmesan cheese 1 bottle
  4. Mozarella powder cheese 3 packets
  5. 3 large Holland onions
  6. 5 capsicums mixed colour (green, yellow, red)
  7. 2 packets of Chicken or beef sausages (10 sausages x 2 packets)
  8. 1 packet 100gm mixed vegetables
  9. 1 bottle Mccormick's Parsley
  10. 1 bottle Mccormick's Oregano
  11. 1 bottle Mccormick's Basil
  12. 1 bottle Mccormick's Paprika (in case you want to make it spicy)
  13. 1 big bottle of "traditional" prego sauce
  14. 3 parts of chicken breast (I'm not eating beef)
  15. 1 packet of chicken salami

First thing, you get a raw nan dough and place it in pan, before place it..make sure your pan surface is buttered and powdered with flour in order to make sure it not stick..after you place a raw Nan on pan..you spread prego sauce all over the nan dough and make it all over..while you prepare a dough..you put the chicken breast parts into hot boiled water and boiled it to half cook about 5 minutes..

While you waiting, you cut onions into ring part, sliced your capsicums, sliced your sausages, get your mixed vegetables and place it in bowl..then, pick your cheese block and grate it in order to make grated cheese to put over your pizza..and then, get your chicken parts and tear it to small parts and minced it..

After finished the main ingredients, get back to your base of pizza which is dough..pick the mixed ingredients, chicken salami, minced chicken parts and put all over the pizza surface and get those basil, oregano, parsley, paprika and sprinkle it..lastly, you put your ring onions to the top of pizza..it should look like this..

Preheat your oven to 220 Celsius and make sure it hot enough, and step down it to 190 Celsius and bake your pizza to 8-10 minutes..

Taraaa..your pizza is cooked..then, served it while its hot..enjoy your meals with your beloved family..hehehe.. :D

Kenwood KA-2002A (Solid State Stereo Amplifier)

This is one of my favourite easy listening amp, this is Kenwood KA-2002A integrated amplifier...very tiny and produced harmonic and warm sounds. This model just produced 40watts output, so its not very powerful compared to modern amplifier..heheh..its born in 1972 and still servant for me in many years..I got it from second hand shop for valuable price. :D

What you can see here, this sweet amp is made by solid material and give it beautiful finishing..the "Sideburns" is made by oak woods and its chassis from steel..also the front panel made by polished aluminium which made this sweet amp looks very classic and elegant!

The front view of amp which is shined when flash exposed..the knobs are very  in pristine condition..there are Bass, Treble, Balance, Volume, Selectors knobs which allowed you adjust according to your earing level..those Bass and Treble knobs limits to 10,000 khz..this amp provides just 2 channels for speakers output and required 4-8 ohm in each speaker..

I used to clean it always to make sure this gear works perfect..just cleaned away dust and make sure every parts are in good condition..we can use contact cleaner spray to make it more clean and just spray it to the motherboard circuit and grease parts..and it will degrease all parts clean like a brand new...heheh..

Avadacadabra! voila! all stains are gone..heheh..you can see mostly of capacitors used are made by Elna Corp..thats why I love old gears..these capacitors are quite hard to find in nowadays..if I want to recap every single of each this capacitor, I will find Elna brand instead of Panasonic, Rubycon, Blackgates and others..why? because this Elna brand is well known to audiophile grade and produced more warm sounds than those brands..heheh

*Ps: I just wanted Vacuum Tube Amplifier badly in my life..but, I know..it is very expensive to own it..last time I searched for used one amplifier in internet will cost me around RM3k...when I window shoppered at A&L Audio in Shah Alam, they just quote me for RM15k  for a brand new..haiya..

Rolex 6694

Today, I would like introduce you this 1960s Rolex. What will you say about this watch? you might say it has old lame black background, dials and old-fashioned. But I want to tell you, this watch is very sentimental to me..heheh..I had own it for a while and sell it..I like this watch very much as an antiques collector..

This is the view of back casing where is no print..it shows very simple of swiss masterpiece in this valuable watch..In nowadays, knockoff version is similar to the original one. But, its piece of cake to spot them..

This is what you should see inside of the back case. The printed "MONTRES ROLEX SA" means it was make at its genuine house and born in Geneva Switzerland.

This is the view of 6694 machine, very neat and precise hand assembled. This watch is a must have for every beginner of Rolex collectors..heheh

Finally, this is the front view of 6694..I really love the black background, dials and its stainless steel casing..with a little polishing with "Brasso" or "Autosol", this timepiece will shine like a new penny! heheh..actually, my previous 6694 has acrylic surface..you can almost see acrylic surface on most vintage watches..its difference with nowadays watches which is mostly used glass and sapphire crystal.

*ps: Those pictures are robbed from Mr. Google..actual picture is not available..heheh.. :p
